Darren Harris - European Championship Silver Medallist - VI Judo

Biography:

Born in Wolverhampton in 1973, began fulltime training at the Welsh Institute of Sport in Cardiff before joining Team Bath in 2006.

Darren started Judo recreationally about 10yrs ago when he was still competing internationally at VI Football. Since then Judo has become his No. 1 focus. He is a 1st Dan, and regularly represents GB as a VI athlete at many National, European and International events. 

Darren is approaching his late thirties; he is considered a veteran but still making the podium.
