Francesca Jus-Burke - Further Information

Giving back to sport:
Francesca is working for DKH Legacy Trust on an extended temporary contract. She recently helped coordinate Backing Talent Manchester and Making Headway.

She recently helped coordinate and took part in two 'Making Headway' projects (Newcastle and Bognor Regis), which targets young people at level one/two, aged between 14 and 16, from disadvantaged or marginalised backgrounds. This project aims to equip young people with the self-confidence and self-esteem needed to deal with any significant changes and challenges they may face in the future.

DKH Legacy Trust:
"The Trust is unique in that it provides support to three totally different groups of people, young and disadvantaged people, young elite performers and retired athletes. So the reach of the relatively young charity is really quite wide. I hope it continues to grow and develop".
