What we do

We inspire young people to find and fulfil their potential in sport or in life, through our workforce of elite sports performers. In these challenging times and uncertain futures, there is an even greater need to give young people belief and a vision to succeed. Through innovative projects and programmes delivered by our team of inspirational sports performers we help young people to participate, stay in and excel in sport, and help disadvantaged young people to find and believe in their own talents.

Inspiring Sport

We support young people to participate, stay in and excel in sport.

Not every child who dreams of being Olympic champion gets the glory. But with help, every one of them can be the best that they can be. Especially if they have the support of a world class performer along the way! We work in partnership with national governing bodies of sport and local authorities to develop national programmes delivered locally for young people with sporting potential.

Inspiring Lives

We help disadvantaged young people to find and believe in their own talents.

Every child needs a hero... someone to look up to and be inspired by, but too many kids just don’t have this in their lives. So we use sporting role models to raise the aspirations of young people who have not had the best start in life. We work with partners to develop mentoring and personal development projects, particularly, but not exclusively for, hard to reach young people.

Harnessing Talent

We harness the talents and expertise of elite performers to realise the talent in themselves and others.

Becoming an elite sports performer is not easy, and it can be just as hard, after years of training schedules, competition and a fixed routine, to build a new career. That's where our Harnessing Talent Programme comes in. It is designed for retiring sporting champions who are thinking about what they want to do next, now they are no longer competing and starting to build a new career.

We work with each individual to learn about their aspirations for the future and help them to find the best way to realise these hopes. All of the sporting heroes we work with have a wealth of skills and experience gained over the course of their careers, that can be used to put back into sport and education or even in a whole new business career.

Our Harnessing Talent Sports Performers have competed at the highest levels in sport, including World Championships, Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games.
